1. When the temperature is too high, the speed is too slow, and the outer coating has poor heat resistance, the seal will show signs of scorching. The repair method is to speed up, lower the temperature and replace the film material.

 

2. When the tool holder is too high or too low, the packaging speed is too fast, and the push rod is not synchronized with the tool, the tool will cut on the product. The maintenance method is to reduce the packaging speed and adjust the height of the end seal so that the seal center is in the middle of the product height.

 

3. When the color code tracking is not turned on, the film color code color is too light, the film drive is slipping, and the cutting position deviates from the color code. At this time, the maintenance method is to adjust the sensitivity of the packaging machine by referring to the instruction manual; in the man-machine dialogue interface, switch the tracking mode to "tracking switch".

 

4. The solid-state circuit breaker is burned out, the temperature controller is damaged, the thermocouple is damaged, and the temperature controller cannot control the temperature. The repair method is to replace the thermocouple, temperature control instrument, and heating element.

 

5. If the speed is too fast, the heat sealing performance of the inner layer of the coating will be poor. If the temperature is too low, the seal will leak or become weak. The maintenance method is to reduce the speed, increase the temperature and replace the film material.

 

6. When the heat press roller and the drive roller are not parallel, the air pressure is incorrect, the cylinder swing rod is loose, the heating temperature is low, and the heat seal is poor. The repair method is to adjust the parallelism, adjust the temperature and air pressure to make it tighten.

 

It should be noted that before turning on the power, you must insert the induction aviation plug and lock the screws; do not use metal covers and metal containers, do not put them on a metal table, and press the start button, otherwise, the machine will be damaged; during operation, Be sure to touch the surface of the sensor head to check if it is overheated. If you find that the temperature is too high, you should stop heating and wait until it cools down before working; there is high voltage in the pillow-type package, and the bottom plate has electricity.
